Halima is an Associate in the Firm’s Disputes Resolution and Corporate Practice Groups.
She is admitted to practice law in Nigeria. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from the University of Benin, Nigeria, and a degree in Sociology from Queen Mary University of London.
Halima brings a multidisciplinary perspective to legal practice, combining her legal training with a strong foundation in social sciences. She provides strategic advice to clients on a broad range of commercial and regulatory matters, including dispute resolution, corporate governance, and compliance.
Before joining the Firm, Halima gained experience working with notable law firms in Nigeria, where she contributed to complex litigation and arbitration matters, and supported corporate transactions involving both local and international clients.
She is particularly interested in the intersection of law, society, and business, and is committed to providing practical and forward-thinking solutions to clients navigating Nigeria’s evolving legal and regulatory landscape.
